We are looking forward to seeing our families tomorrow night for our first LPE Family Night of 2024-2025! #learningatlpe

🏃♂️💨 It was all about speed and data in Mrs. Cliett’s 5th-grade discovery class this week! After researching the Olympics, they learned about Usain Bolt's record-breaking 100m dash! 📏✨ The students measured distances, recorded their times, and created line plots! 📊💖 #learningatlpe

Kona Ice will be at LPE tomorrow! We can't wait to recognize our new Super Students! Previous winners, be sure to bring your free refill cup. #learningatlpe

🌟 Save the date for LPE Spirit Night! On Tuesday, September 24, from 4-8 PM, Texas Roadhouse will donate 10% of all sales back to our school! Enjoy a tasty meal and support our students. Remember to show this flyer to your server or place your receipt in the donation box. 🍽️❤️

Mrs. Cliett's first-grade discovery students set sail on a cruise ship adventure exploring Earth's oceans! 🌊 They learned about buoyancy and the science behind why big boats float. 🚢Then, the fun began as they designed and created their own tin foil ships! After testing how many passengers they could hold before sinking, they made refinements to improve their designs. #learningatlpe

🍏📚 Mrs. Cook’s first graders read “How to Make Apple Pie and See the World” —and got to enjoy a delicious treat afterward! 🥧🍎 The students loved trying apple pie after their literary adventure. #learningatlpe

🎤🎭 We kicked off our PBIS program in style with an exciting Masked Singer performance by some of our incredible staff! 🎶 Each song highlighted our Viking Values and expected behaviors, and the students had a blast trying to guess who was behind the mask! 😄 What a fun way to reinforce positive behavior! #learningatlpe

🎨✨ Painting with nature! 🍓🫐 Ms. Howling's Pre-K students had a blast creating colorful masterpieces using strawberries and blueberries! 🌈🍓🫐 Creativity and fun go hand-in-hand! #learningatlpe
